1. Data We Collect

StoxEye collects the following data when you create an account:

• Email address (for account access and communication)
• Username and hashed password
• Full name and date of birth (for age verification)
• Discord User ID (optional, if you link your Discord account)
• Age verification confirmation (timestamp only)
• Subscription status and payment reference (no card data stored)

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide access to the StoxEye platform
• To process subscription payments via Stripe (we never store card details)
• To assign Discord roles if you link your Discord account
• To send service-related communications
• To verify that users meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years

3. Data Storage

User data is stored securely on Railway cloud infrastructure in the EU West region. Passwords are stored as cryptographic hashes — never in plain text. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe and we do not store any payment card information.

4. GDPR Rights

As a user in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to processing of your data
• Data portability

5. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
• Discord — optional role assignment. Discord Privacy Policy
• Railway — cloud hosting infrastructure
• Yahoo Finance / yfinance — publicly available financial market data
• Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors interact with our website. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time spent, device type, browser, and approximate location (country/city level). IP addresses are anonymized. Google may process this data in accordance with their Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

6. Cookies

StoxEye uses strictly necessary session cookies for authentication (these do not require consent). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are disabled by default and only load after you explicitly accept them in the cookie banner shown on your first visit — this is implemented via Google Consent Mode v2 with anonymized IPs. You can change your choice by clearing your browser storage, or opt out globally with the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days.
