6. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of purchase.

7. Prohibited Use

• You may not use StoxEye for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoxEye and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses resulting from trades made based on information displayed on the platform.
